Purchases
Modero may offer a one-time purchase to unlock premium features.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment policies and terms.
We do not collect or store payment information directly.
All purchases are final and subject to the App Store's refund policies.
Availability
We strive to keep Modero available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The App may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Modero is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
the App will always function without errors
the information provided by the App will be completely accurate
reminders will always be delivered on time
Users remain responsible for monitoring their own subscriptions and financial obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modero and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
This includes but is not limited to financial losses, missed payments, or subscription charges.
